Hardcover Book Purchasing Information

To present our photographs at their best our books are individually printed "on demand". These books are hardcover, 12"x12", coffee-table style volumes, with premium end papers and full-color interior pages and dust jackets, printed on 100# Premium Lustre paper. Short of our custom-crafted prints, these books are the best way to view our photographs.

Shipping

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail unless you request another method. Shipping costs are calculated based upon weight and the shipping address, plus any special services you require. Shipping details will be provided in your Order Confirmation. 

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for all orders delivered to NY State. Tax rates are calculated based upon the shipping address and will be specified in your Order Confirmation.

Backorders

 If our stock is insufficient to fulfill your order we will let you know when we expect to be able to do so in your Order Confirmation. As soon as items are in stock we will contact you and you can complete your order at that time. 

Order Confirmation & Payment Invoice

Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an Order Confirmation with all the details pertaining to your order, including all costs and the expected shipping date. We will also send you an Invoice from our payment processor. Online payment is quick, easy and secure. Major credit cards are accepted. 

We will ship your order when we have been notified your Invoice is paid, typically the following day.

Returns & Replacements

Books may be returned, within ten days of receipt, for a refund or credit, less our shipping costs, plus a 20% re-stocking fee. Books that have been inscribed are not returnable. Returned books must be in "new" condition and must be shipped to us at your expense. Please contact us before returning any item(s), so we can best advise you how to proceed. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Although we check each book before shipping, if you discover a printing or other flaw in your book, please contact us for a replacement.
